The 23-acre site off Fisher Rd will be the home of the new corrections facility, which will eventually be the location for all Franklin County correction operations. The tour will focus on Phase 1 which is complete and will start receiving inmates later this year. Phase 2A currently under construction. Phase 1 is 469,500 sf building and will provide 872 beds for the inmate population. The site also includes special housing, common areas services, a warehouse and administration areas.
