2025 ECC Christmas Party ORDER FORM
Please indicate your membership status, choice of entrée, and wine selection with payment. Attendees will receive their tickets at the door the evening of the event.
Registrations will be received by mail or online only until December 5th. Unfortunately we cannot accept applications by phone or email.
