A ticket application can be found here. Ticket applications will be received by mail or in person only until December 5th. Unfortunately we cannot accept applications by phone or email.
Please indicate your membership status, choice of entrée, and wine selection with your check for payment. Attendees will receive their tickets at the door the evening of the event.
