The Central Ohio Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers and the Engineer’s Club of Columbus are pleased to announce their March 2014 Luncheon Meeting:

MORPC Transportation Funding: An Overview & Local Success Stories

Speakers: Mr. Robert Lawler, Director of Transportation, Mr. Nathaniel Vogt , Senior Engineer and Mr. Nicholas Gill, Assistant Director of Transportation, all from the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, will be presenting. Local transportation funding can change over the years as to types and availability. Mr. Lawler will present an overview of current transportation funding available and Mr. Vogt and Mr. Gill will highlight a few examples of local municipalities and their successful projects. Please join us to learn about the availability of current transportation funds and how multiple funding types can be leveraged to allow projects to move forward. A special invitation to local municipalities is being made through the Ohio Municipal League.

One PDH will be offered for those who attend..

Menu: Chicken Parmesan with a traditional salad, fresh rolls & dessert. A vegetarian meal (Cheese Manicotti) is also available upon request.
